A&L Unauthorised Overdraft

I have a Premier 21 account with A&L, with no arranged overdraft. Recently, when an unexpected direct debit was taken from my account, my "available balance" dropped to -£3.02 for a full day. I'm unsure as to whether this counts as an unauthorised overdraft as my balance was still well above this?
Secondly, if it does count, am I correct in thinking that I have been lucky in avoiding the £25 payment review fee and will only be charged £3? From looking at the fees and charges page for the Premier 21 account:
http://www.alliance-leicester.co.uk/current-accounts/interest-rates-and-fees/premier-21-account.aspx#2
it would appear that the payment review fee is (unlike the other accounts) £0. Thanks for any help.

I believe that if you're under 18, you don't pay any fees.
A&L will write to you and inform you of any fees they will be charging you with.0 -

Unfortunately I am now 18, but I am hopeful as the terms definitely say £0 "payment review fee" for the Premier 21 account (which is for 16-20 year olds), whereas they do mention £25 for all the other accounts.0
