hi there

when i boot my vista laptop, and get to the desktop a little icon pops up saying
" Delivery Manager Service Stopped working 20/08/2008 20. 25
Problem signature APPCRASH"

Can someone kindly tell me how this might have happened and how to correct it, many thanks
