Cannon S330 Printing Problems

Yet again I'm back with another problem. My printer's playing up. The black isn't printing properly. Its either blurred or too feint. I've tried 2 new cartridges, run deep clean several times and it makes no difference. I think the heads are clogged up. Can I clean them manually and if so how, and if not any suggestions?

Ran maintenance again, colour not right, changed colour cartridge, ran deep clean several times. Only printing red and orange and black is hit and miss.

Borrowed a printer today as I need to print out some boarding passes. They're E tickets and I only get one chance to print them. Trouble is no software with printer. Can I get drivers online?
Printer is an Epson C62. Thought this might do till I can get a new one.

cant help with the Canon, sounds like blocked heads but could'nt advice on unblocking
