studio catalgoue codes anyone?

Ordered mine on the 27th of July and received them yesterday, took 2 weeks for them to get here! I ordered 4 tins of roses and I got all 4 tins, with no p&p or insurance, so they cost me £0.00!

I placed another order last week & today I received 1 tin of roses & 1 pack of socks! With £3.99 postage costs!!!
Oh well it was good whilst it lasted. I think maybe post of the month for this one.

could anyone tell me if I will receive my order even though I have not received confirmation email?I forgot to write down my order number so I can/t trace it from website.please help I'm a chocaholic ;D

I recieved my chocos this morning ordered em on monday

but never got any socks and only 1 tin of chocies order 5 of each
oh well ....

i had to pay £3.99 for postage tho... but i am only 16 and i have a credit limit of £150 with em... dunno why ... lol

oh well i better spend it wisely or not at all :P

I ordered some chocs, socks and some other stuff about 2 weeks ago.
Received the socks last week but no chocs yet and no sign of the actual goods I wanted!

I have just ordered 3 tins of roses and 2 packets of socks - total £0.00.  IF I get these, then I will cancel my subscription to the catalogue 7 days after receipt of goods.

No, but it's like a lot of catalogues where you get a credit account and that goes on your credit report.
The account will still be in existence and on your credit report even if you aren't ordering anything.

If you want it off your credit report then simply close the account and wait 6 years.

I think better words would have been "close the account".

I am not sure whether you can buy without opening an account, but I don't think you can.

Ordered 5 tins of chocolates and 5 packs of socks a week ago. I tin of chocolates arrived today with no mention of socks. Oh well - a tin of chocs for £3.99.

if people have receieved less than what they had ordered then surely they can take that up with the company. I mean they cant expect you to pay delivery charge on a partial order.

You have the email confirmation with the order number which states how many of each items were ordered.....you should phone them and argue your case.

If you received only 1 tin of roses and you ordered 3 then you should get 3.

Has anyone phoned them and argued about this issue?
