  • Hi all

Got my 2 tins of Roses through today.

    Much obliged.

Did you have to pay postage?

paid not one single penny ;)
  • what is the chance of us getting charged full price when the chocolates arrive? It sounds terrible but I could live without the chocs if I was going to have to pay for them

tbh, i don't think they care ;D The people who pack the parcels must see that the items are free. If your invoice says 000.00 then you will pay nothing.

    hi

i ordered 1 tim of roses and they came through quite quickly. i saw that loads of people were ordering multiple quantities of roses and socks so when i did my 2nd order for an item from the catalogue they sent me, I added on 5 tins of roses and 5 packs of socks. I received an email confirming this. However, when i went on to their web site today to track my order, they have only processed 1 tin of chocs and 1 pack of socks - has this happened to anyone else??

    thanks
  • Whoever found this offer definatly deserves a nomination for best post!!

After waiting a couple of weeks for delivery I finally recieved a HUGE box from studio today with a floating candle set (present for the missus - £2.99) and 6 boxes of roses ( :) we're both chocoholics!!). Invoice says £2.99 for the candles and £3.99 for p&p. Excellent!

I was a bit gutted coz I'd also ordered 4 packs of freebie socks (being a bit greedy) and there was no sign of them :( 5 minutes later the doorbell rang again and there was the postman with another studio parcel - 4 packs of socks and an invoice for £0.00p! Sorted!!! :D

    Thanks Tamsyn and Caro.

Received a tin of Roses this morning (had ordered 3), but I have to wait up to 21 days for my beach towel!

Going away in 5 weeks, so fingers crossed it arrives in time!

Decided to try another order of 2 tins and 2 pairs of socks using account number I now have - seems to have gone through, but I suspect they must be noticing unexpected amounts of freebies being sent out.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained they say - thanks again :)

think studio have caught up with this one now. first order was 1 free tin of roses - arrived quickly with no postage charge. then ordered something fronm teh catalogue and tried to order 5 lots of roses and 5 lots of socks - the system changed my order to 1 lot of roses and 1 lot of socks and the socks were out of stock. soooo tried a third order for roses and socks - this time they have again changed my order toi 1 of each - socks still out of stock and they have charged me 3.99 postage. shouldve ordered more 1st time round but nevermind!!!
