Save the change accounts

I remember reading a while back about save the change accounts, what these basically did was if you bought something say for £11.51 on your card it would round it up to the nearest pound and take £12 with the extra 49p going into a savings account.
Are these a good account to have? Anyone got one? Also do any of you know which banks still run these accounts?
Thanks,
Pete.

Lloyds TSB are the only bank that do this.
I have an under 19's account and a saving account that I do this with. It's ok, though don't expect to save much. Mine's around £100/£200 a year, though it's not bad as you don't really miss the money as it comes out in small amounts.0
