I meant I edited the URL as it was in the address bar so wokkies email addy was not there and reloaded the page?

I tried all that, had a fiddle so to speak , but there were numbers and allsorts in there, I took it back to the basic URL too and once the survey was completed there was still nowhere to put in your details unless you had said yes to being on a panel.
