I think they have overdone it slightly!

PIctures 5, 17 and 18 are all virtually the same so I think you can get rid of two of those. Same for 1, 21 and 22.

3 and 8 are the same as are 4 and 9.

Picture 19 seems a bit pointless to me, same for 10 and 11, I can't really tell which rooms they are actually pictures of!

So if it were me, I would get rid of pictures numbered 3,4,10,11,17,18,19,21 and 22 at the very least.
    :p

    1, 21, 22 are identical, i'd pick 21
4 and 8 are the same, either will be fine
3 and 9 are identical too

    5, 17, 18 show the same room, i prefer 17

    i would personally take out picture 10, 11, 15, 19, 24
12 and 13 I would take out because that's a very personal decoration and people might hate it so won't view the whole house

The photos are taken really well, although the loft bedroom seems to have been mixed up into the ground floor pictures?

6 is the same as 2.
8 is the same as 4.
9 is the same as 3.
11 is the same as 10.
17 is the same as 5.
So there's 5 you can get rid of.

I'd paint the wall in the picture in 12. Maybe take this pic down until it's painted.
Maybe take an outdoor photo when the weather is a bit nicer, e.g. blue sky?
And I would put "4 bedrooms" in the key features" section. I know it's in the title, but I missed it.

There are too many, I love lots of pictures but there are too many for me!
Get rid of the duplicate ones, pick the nicest picture of each room and maybe have a couple extra. I like the 2 pics of the garden, but think you could do with just 1 pic of the front of the house.

I agree too many photos of the same thing...I also love loads of pics to look at but they have to be different views of the same rooms at least.

PS....Is that a cat flap in your living room wall?

Also, can you ask the pictures to be organised in specific order, so you wouldn't be jumping from kitchen to bedroom to dining room to bathroom? It really annoys me, when they are very random. I would like to imagine that I am walking thorugh the house when looking at the photos. And the idea that bedroom is next to kitchen doesn't appeal to me!

I am pretty useless.. Didn't even notice all those duplicates! Get rid of any duplicates, but I would say it is a good thing to keep the different views of the rooms.

I'd have one of the 'stunning views' mentioned in the details and take away some of the master bedroom.
