Best place to get replacement bodywork

On my fiat punto i've got a dent to the right hand side of my car but i'm unsure of the correct term that the bodywork is called. *picture is not my car but exact model*
the dent is on the panel just below the lights and i was wondering if anyone can tell me what the name of the bodywork is please?
Also what places or best to contact to see if they have the specific parts, autobreakers? or scrap yards?

thats a quarter panel under the lamp
most likely a dealer only part , 99% cars have these welded on meaning its a huge job and not diy friendly
are there any visible bolts if you open the rear door?0 -
Off-side rear quarter panel, and if it anything like the main dealer ones ive supplied over the years will involve sections of the rear door too. The dent is quite bad but my concern is that the damage is enough to make it fail its MOT.0 -
wont fail an mot on a dent...if youre not worried about looks bash it out best you can and cover any sharp edges with duct tape0
