Does anyone out there have any details about House Auctions?
The usual Google results just give companies who want £100 just to tell you where these 'secret' auctions are.
Thanks in advance...

Any more would be appreciated0 -
Locally you will usually find auctions advertised in property papers. Phone round a few estate agents and someone will tell you who does auctions in your area.
Risky to buy out of area where you don't know local circumstances because it would be that much easier to end up paying over the odds for a property with a problem, particularly in the present market.RICHARD WEBSTER
As a retired conveyancing solicitor I believe the information given in the post to be useful assuming any properties concerned are in England/Wales but I accept no liability for it.0 -
Barnard Marcus hold property auctions in central London quite frequently. The auction includes property across Engalnd & Wales.
