    Well after reading this thread, I think I will call the student support at the university i intend to go to as the man I called at jobcentre plus seemed to think i wouldn't be eligible for income support or housing benefit. even though i will be a full-time student as well as a lone parent of 2 young children (2 and 4 by time i go uni in sept 2010). it seems very complicated but i can't believe there are so few lone parents going to university that absolutely noone knows what happens as regards benefits! so frustrating!
