Hi just wanted to say how impressed I am with this company.
Some 18 months ago we bought a Siemens fridge freezer. We did deliberate for a long time as it was not cheap but came with a 5 year guarantee . Then the other day my (darling! ) husband broke the bottom draw of the freezer. Remebering that the fridge/freezer I phoned the manufacturer, they took my details and said they would send out a new draw within 3-5 working days. Great I thought, well to my suprise 24hours later the said drawer arrived. Needless to say me very pleased :T
