Expanding emails in Googlemail - can you?

Not sure I've titled that the right way. I have Googlemail and, for example, I have put some stuff on Freecycle but because the eails have the same title they just come in and 'sit' on top of each other. Is there any way I can set it up so that they are listed indivdually like they would in outlook for example.

It is driving me nuts because I can't sift out properly what I have and have not responded to. Any Ideas? I can expand them within the mail but I would prefer to get 9 seperate emails rather than on email with (9) next to it.

I dont think so. When I started using Gmail I had the same "issue" and searched long and hard to find a solution without any success.

What you can do is set up Thunderbird or Outlook and get your emails via Pop3/Imap and then they will be displayed properly.

Thanks, already got outlook on my main email account - I got Gmail to try and stop the spam I was getting through my orange address (in excess of 4000 a week!!) so I guess I'll have to download thunderbird and get it sorted that way.
