Mortgage Protection Life Assurance

I visited the cavendishonline website and got a quote for mortgage life protection with CIC. The only problem arrived when I tried to download a proposal form which always has failed despite turning off the block up popper. An email to cavendish got the response "to turn off the pop ups etc".

I have also tried to sort it out on IE, but still no luck. Funnily, enough all the other windows open up.

I am beginning to wonder if it some kind of wheeze to pay the extra £10.

Any ideas?
