Paying bills

My son moves into a house with 7 others in September, and after reading many threads on here it seems quite perilous trying to sort out bills. We have found a company called Moneyway http://www.moneyway.co.uk/products/onebill/what-onebill-can-do-for-you/ , who I believe are now owned by Swinton. Has anyone had any dealings with them or similar companies?
