listing removed

Hi
I have had a listing withdrawn from ebay for putting not by Jacqueline Wilson. Apparently this is spamming which I was unaware of there being so many others who do similar things on ebay and someone else sellling the same product as me for considerably more has reported me. This book sold along with another and has been paid for. Will paypal refund the payment to the buyer or do I send them the book. I am truly sick of ebay the stupid questions and mean spiritedness of other ebayers. I also had someone completely lift one of my listings and use it themselves, but ebay have not done anything about that.
What do I do?
thanks

They may get an email from ebay about the listing being pulled, so it might be best to get in touch with them before you send the item to reassure them there is nothing dodgy going on. Paypal will not automatically refund the payment, but your buyers might be more inclined to put in a claim if they don't receive the item promptly and don't hear from you.

Adding inappropriate keywords to your description to hijack peoples searches is notionally no different to any other sort of spam. Having been burned, I trust you will now report all of your competitors who do the same.

as said above, contact the buyer to let them know it is still coming.

They will have got an email from ebay.

Ebay remove items if other members report them. So report the others who are spamming too.

I have included a link to the ebay page about keyword spamming.

I have been selling on ebay for a few years now and still get caught out to some obscure policies lol
