M&S CC and Vue Cinema website

Does anyone else ALWAYS get their card declined by Vue when buying tickets, then get a call from M&S fraud dept, then get clearance to use it on the site afterwards?

I can't quite understand what they are trying to do?

They're just protecting your card, wouldnt be surprised if they've had fraudulent activity on the site & thus blocking any future transactions just to be on the safe side.

Thanks. Weird - I used to live in Kidderminster! thanks - I gathered it was something like that but very frustrating! Nationwide card was declined too but they've never phoned me!
