CSA Payments

Good luck with you claim for IS. im still waiting for back payment from 26th august. I had some good news though. i fianlly managed to get my CSA payments weekly. (well so they tell me. i will believe it next tuesday when im supposed to be paid) strange how when you tell them you know other people received payments this way and mention solicitiors they move very quick.

purple, so what happens with the CSA payments, because your on IS do you get £10 a week, is that per child or total? If you get more than this I don't want to know how much, just what happens.

I don't get my CSA payments as i'm on IS. I pressume your CSA payments are in with your IS and child tax credits.

Hi. The total i was awarded was £89. I get to keep just £10 a week total not £10 per child each week. They told me I will receive my first payment next tuesday. They will be paying me my usual £10 plus the back pay they owe me will be paid as extra payments of £10 a week until its been cleared. This payment is not in with my income support as that gets paid to me on a thursday and you are allowed to keep the first £10 of any child support without it effecting income support payment or any other benefit. Thats what they have told me so i hope they are right.
