How do you do a balance transfer with egg

Hi all how to I go by doing a balance transfer with egg and how tough are the appeals department I thought I asked for an increase of £1000 but I now know I asked for it to be increased to £1000 tried increasing tonight and was rejected,fiancee ended it a month before our wedding and need a holiday

if you log into your account there is a button on the left hand side for 'balance transfers'
you then select whether you want to pay of another card, loan or overdraft and just follow the on-screen instructions.
Not sure what question you are asking about credit limits, but reply if you need any more help.

I don't think the system will automatically let you have a limit increase if you've had one in the last three months or so, which obviously you have. Not sure about the appeals dept but it's worth a try - a human will judge your situation on its individual merits whereas I think the initial decisions are made by computer.
