  • when i was a student all those years ago I had a barclays and hsbc student account and i had no problems.

    these days the banks expect you to pay in so much every term so that may be youre only obstical.

    I doubt they would let you have two students account if at all with the same bank, BUT I could not see why they would not open another standard Current Account/Basic Account as long as you pass any further credit checks.

    No chance.

    Most banks will allow you to have a student and a non-student account if you want a second account.
