sony ericsson k800i/video

i cannot work out how to transfer video from my se phone to my laptop,can do video to phone but not phone video.

    as i understand it, you have some videos that you have recorded on your phone and you want to transfer them to your computer.


    plug the phone into your computer and browse to the media album and look for any .3gp files. they are the videos and copy them to the computer

    You'll have to engage your brain and look for them. There's only a handful of folders so it's hardly a complicated thing to do.

    if you made the videos yourself from your camera you have to go into
    camera album, them DCIM
    then view the folder as thumbnails and you will see your videos

    what i need to know is what is the process for transfering,do i use media player/real player/apple/phone mode/tranfer mode/
