I'm no expert on free standing fridge-freezers but I think you'll find that the tallest will be 200 cm high. If you do a Google on "200cm fridge-freezer" - you can compare what's available.

A chest freezer stored in the shed might be a good option. I picked one up for £30 at a second hand white goods store.

Unfortunately, no-one seems to put freezer capacity as search criteria for a fridge-freezer....

I have not long bought an AEG Santo model - normally an expensive option, but mine was a reduction from John Lewis due to scratches down one side. The other make that had caught my eye due to the freezer size was the Hotpoint range - FF200T, FF200M, FF200E. I was only looking for silver models, but I think that there was also a John Lewis own-brand with a high-cap freezer section in white....

Hope this helps.... alternatively, our local Euronics retailer was very knowledgable when I popped in for a chat.
