Spanish property crash?

I think generally things have been on the slide across Spain. We have been looking for the last six months and on a recent trip we did see some "priced to sell" re-sales through www.buyabroad.com
General feeling from my trips over is that there are some bargains out there and if you look hard enough you will find one. If you are buying to live or for a long term holiday home then movements in price over the next couple of years are largely imaterial. However if you are buying to re-sell in the next 1-2 years to make money then definetely not0
