    They sell well. Had some from pinecone before I sorted out the paypal option with them, and they always made their face value. Someone mentioned it was benefit cheating related (sell stuff on ebay, buy vouchers with money, avoid suspicious bank activity)
    This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine
