what did you spend today? - 7th Nov

A slow day on the debt free board today, but this little thread normally perks folk up. I'll start, today I have spent £3.08 on postage (ebay items) and 1.29 on brown paper (for more ebay items). I have resisted buying a cappucino (in fact haven't bought one in ages). Dinner is leftover bolognaise sauce in a jacket potato. Might need to get some milk in though.
I had a good money saving weekend too, spent it all in London with OH, we spent nothing apart from our food shopping (although we did splash out on a ready made pizza on Friday night). I'm really pleased because a friend's hen night is coming up at the end of the month and I don't have enough in my budget to account for these one off's, but these little savings on the weekends should cover it. Instead of spending we went for walks, watched some DVDs rented free on screen select's free trial, and I sewed up a handbag I have been plotting to make for a while now.

Hi tondella
Well done for resisting the cappucino, I love a latte myself and have to really be strict with myself in not giving in!
Today I have spent just over £10 posting 6 amazon marketplace items I have sold, and got the weeks shopping in - £33.00.
Shouldn't have to spend much now for the rest of the week hopefully!Proud to be dealing with my debts
