hi all
just come to the end of my broadband deal. currently with the dreaded bt for line rental (shocking customer service) and using the primus/18185 for calls and plusnet for broadband at £10 a month. so spend £20 a month on combined package and maybe £3 extra a month on calls. was thinking of switching to talk talk or tiscali but seen some bad reviews on moneysupermarket.
so now considering switching everything to plusnet, so have line rental and broadband for £17 a month but wouldnt get free evening calls thru primus. so is it worth switching for the hassle and could i keep primus as my call carrier or would i have to switch to plusnet and then could i re-join primus later
loath to give bt any more money as had a run-in with them(and know plusnet is owned by bt). promised would switch at end of year.
any help greatly appreciated
cheers neil

You appear to have set yourself up with a very reasonable set of deals.
Don't cut your nose off .........Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
