Barclaycard charging BT fees for LOB transfers

Just noticed that Barclaycard are putting in a 2.5% BT fee for life of balance transfers at 6.9%.....when did it change?
For what I've done...I start again...And whatever pain may come ...Today this ends... I'm forgiving what I've done -AF since June 2007
