They definitely have a problem - just remembered my parents were supposed to be flying with them tomorrow (going to a funeral instead :o ), so tried to check in on their booking. It says that the flight is outside of five days!

People have not reported back on previous problems, but it seems that doing page back and then forward again sometimes solves the problem. If not, you are going to have to try your luck at the airport - maybe with a receipt from the internet cafe to show that you tried? x

thanks to everyone who replied - I know it sounds sad but my first thought when I was stuck in my booth in the internet cafe and couldn't print off my boarding cards was I wonder if anyone on mse has had the same problem and was very grateful when I got so many replies so quickly. It must have been a glitch with Ryanair's website. by the way the flight was 1 hour late which wasn't a problem but may have been to the many people who were queueing patiently an hour before the original departure time. We decided to sit elsewhere until nearer the time and then waited and waited for info to appear on the monitor or for there to be an announcement. Eventually there was an announcement - that the flight would be leaving from a different gate - luckily the one where we were sat. So the poor people who had queued all that time ended up at the back of the queue. Priority boarding which we'd paid for went by the way - apart from a group of a few people who were obviously very important because they barged past everybody to get on first. It was like something out of a sketch show.

Do you mean that you didn't receive priority boarding? If so, did you get a refund for the premium you paid for it?

No we didn't but to be honest I was just grateful to be on my way home. There was no information about our flight and the boarding time had been and gone - I also noticed that 2 previous ryanair flights appeared to have had problems - ie notices on the boards saying info in 30 minutes and info in 60 minutes so I was fearing the worst. There were actually 3 ryanair planes parked up but no movement so I was fearing there had maybe been a problem with getting crew. Luckily we were about 20th on the plane but this was just because we happened to be stood by the gate where they decided to switch it to. At least we didn't have to put up with the ridiculous fanfare which you get when the plane is on time!

I think it's worth an email or the cost of a stamp, to complain and seek a refund. We all know how much Ryanair loves money, it'd be nice to see them giving some back for once.

We also know that it is near impossible to get anything back from them! ;)

I've just had to print off boarding passes for my family - for some reason they would not print for my mum or my brother, but it was fine for me - just call me Terry! :p
