Help Big problem at Quicksilver!

Advise need regarding Quicksilver, been doing the wager requirements for the bonus.
Last night placed a straight bet at Quicksilver for Colorado to win. (Colorado Rockies v Los Angeles Dodgers - Full Game - Listed - H:H Kuroda A:U Jimenez ) Colorado won 13 Los Angeles 3. But it states bet lost at Quicksilver. Tried live chat but no one available rang customer service no answer!
Is this a mistake on their/my part as $1000 on this bet (hoping to bust out)
