  • I went last week, I used my tesco vouchers. But I have seen lots of Kellogs vouchers for free entry with full adult paying on eBay, I'm also sure its free adult or child with full paying adult entrance.

Make sure you take a rain mac if you are due rain that day, It poored when we were there and all the cheap rain covers had sold out!

Also the park opens at 9.30am even though the rides don't start until 10.30am, I got there at 10am on a Sunday and took us 15 minutes queuing to park and then we had to queue for tickets, it had gone 10.30 before my kids got on their first ride. The Thomas Land is very busy, we left that and went on other rides that my girls could go on and then went back to Thomas Land for the last hour.

The kellogs vouchers are for entry to the zoo bit only
Do you have to pay to get into the theme park or is that included in the kellogs ticket?
  • the express by holiday inn voucher website has 3 for the price of 2.
I think the website is https://www.expressdaysout.co.uk

  • Hoping to go this Friday to DMP, thinking of using the voucher from expressdayout, how much are the tickets at the gates?

Went to Drayton Manor with wife and 4 yr okld son yesterday. Worse theme park I've ever been to unfortunately.

    - Queues were massive. Only managed to go about 5 rides all day.
    - Queuing system is rubbish. They seem to spill over everywhere and theres no signs anywhere telling you how long queues for each ride are.
    - Hardly any staff working on the rides, so load times are very slow.
    - Place was filthy dirty. Rubbish everywhere, toilets disgusting.
    - Huge queues for food too.
    - Some of the rides seem a bit rundown. Could do with a lick of paint.

I went with my family on Tuesday and can pretty much agree with all the above points!

How on earth did they win all those prizes they allege? (Best theme park in UK etc.)

Is there anyone here who actually likes Drayton Manor ?

I know its appeal is limited for older kids but in terms of how its run, tidyness etc, then LEgoland knocks spots off it. Also, Disneyworld in florida is a million miles away in terms of quality compared to Drayton.

I'll never complain about either Legoland or Disneyworld being expensive again when I remember how Drayton seem to manage to do things without spending any money !!!

I wet a few years ago and thought it was great but it was out of school holidays.

I would expect it to be busy in school holiday season and being near Britains 2nd biggest city dosent help.
