Item not recieved +no communication

I have paid for something from what seems like a reputable power seller .
I have not recieved the item and have not recieved a reply from 2 emails I sent . They are not on holiday or have PC problems as they are leaving feedback for others .
How long should I give them before reporting it as item not recieved ?

How long ago did you win the item and pay for it ?
anything over 7 days and i`d file a item not recieved (mainly because the seller hasnt been arsed to reply)0 -
it was 16 days ago and was paid for immediatly after auction ended . All items I bought off other sellers on same day I recieved within a few days.
thanks I will do as you suggestWish I could stop editing EVERY post I make :mad:0 -
Leaving feedback for others is no guarantee that they are not on holiday - a lot of us use automated feedback replies.
If they still have some items listed, or if they have started any new listings in the last 7 days, then I'd be more inclined to believe their communication skills need an INR dispute to jar them into action.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -

I never knew about the automated feedback and now I have checked they don't have anything else listed . Really they should of said in their listing that there may be a delay ( eg holls ) .I will feel terrible if they are having PC problems and I have already reported it .Wish I could stop editing EVERY post I make :mad:0 -
After looking through their feedback I see quite a few neg feedback recieved but when you see a power seller with 18,000 feedback I stupidly didn't think to check the negs ..They ignore paypal disputes and ignore emails .My item was only £8 but out of principle I will now start the process of issuing a claim in court for return of my money .. So if they ignore my letter before action this could turn into a costly 'sale' to them as I will add on court cost of £30 and my time at £9 an hour.Wish I could stop editing EVERY post I make :mad:0
