Abbey online Regular Transfer not working

Has anyone else had problems with the "Regular Transfer" facility with Abbey, I've requested money to be transferred twice in the past few days (did it again when it didn't transfer 1st time) and it hasn't transferred?
Really don't feel like another conversation with India after last weeks Tiscali problems :mad:
