in Credit cards
Hi there
I have a loan that I want to pay off in full as an early redemption. If I was to pay it off with my egg money card and then paid the egg money card off straight away would i still be able to get the cashback for it?
Any advice appreciated as i can t see on the Egg site an answer.

In order to pay off your loan you'd presumably need to super balance transfer to your current account and pay it off from there, or balance transfer directly to your loan account. Either way you wouldn't get any cashback because it's not a purchase.0

Thanks for the reply
You see I have the cash to pay off the loan in my bank, my wife is on maternity leave so we wanted to clear the debt before her wages dropped dramatically so have saved up the money for it . I just wondered if paying it off my egg money card would be more beneficial than calling them up and paying it off my normal switch card.0 -
does your loan company allow payment by credit card?0

No way to do it as far as I a can see. You might as well pay with cash/switch.Running Club targets 20105KM - 21:00 21:55 (59.19%)10KM - 44:00 --:-- (0%)Half-Marathon - 1:45:00 HIT! 1:43:08 (57.84%)Marathon - 3:45:00 --:-- (0%)0
