Item number problems?

I brought an item in april which the seller said was broken, which later i found not to be the case anyway i paid him by cheque as soon as i brought it and it was a private listing. He left me positive feedback then a bad abusive follow up which i want removing but ebay wont do it without the item number, i checked through emails not there, no trace of it on ebay. Is there any other way of finding it?
No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one! :mad:
