Wireless AV Sender

I have just bought an AV Sender so I can watch Sky in my bedroom, but I cannot get it to work.
When it's connected up I get sound but just a black picture which is intermittent. Have tried bringing the other tv downstairs so it's right next to the Sky box but it still doesn't pick up the signal. I've changed the channels on the sender and switched off my wireless router but it doesn't make any difference.
Does anyone have any suggestions before I take it back to Argos?

What about the receiver? Where is that placed?
You may just have the cables in the wrong places. There is another thread somewhere about this. I will try to find it.0 -
