    No. Best you can get is an advance of salary. At least that was the case ~6 months ago when I looked.
    I suspect they're unlikely to as it involves Salary Sacrifice which opens up a whole can of Public Sector worms

    Salary sacrifice isn't a problem as they already do it for the chiidcare voucher scheme.
