Mark Wahlberg was very briefly a member of NKOTB, recruited by his older brother Donnie Wahlberg but soon left to be replaced by Joe Mcintyre who is the more well known established member when they became famous later on.
Mark Wahlberg did play Dirk Diggler in the film Boogie Nights.0 -

Joe McIntyre He was my favourite. When I went to their concerts (twice) I swear he was looking at me....
.....ok, so that may have been my teenage imagination running wild! My parents still have all my NKOTB memorabilia in their attic
