It’s got the street address in it. Companies sometimes add their street address into the address that gives their box number and postcode for their PO Box. The Co-operative Bank, for example, do this. However, the Bradford & Bingley postcode isn’t for a PO Box. The Royal Mail’s Postcode Address File gives only:
Bradford & Bingley Bldg Soc
Croft Road
BINGLEY

That is not correct - that is my point0 -
Don't know if this is appropriate, depends on your address, but I work from home and have given our house a name (unofficially) so for my home address I use No. xx, xxx close but for work I use xxx house, xxx close, etc. It makes you look quite professional and people presume you are in an office block or something.0

Having said that, if you have a lot of post sent to your business address, I think that Royal Mail can get a bit p'd off with you if you don't use the 'right' address, ie the one they think you should use. Don't know if they have any official sanctions, or whether your post will just get lost ...Signature removed for peace of mind0 -

Nothing wrong with that, it's your house, whether you want to call it 'Trump Tower' or 'Ivy Cottage'.
When my wife first worked from home we did exactly the same, it only caused a problem once when someone turned up unannounced and was asking neighbours if they knew where 'trump towers' was (or rather the variation we were using)
I later had a client who wanted to operate a new business from the same premises as an existing business but wanted them perceived as seperate companies. We created a 'trump towers' type of address, had it put over the main door to his building (he did want people to be able to find it) and informed the local sorting office. What made me smile was when he moved premises the next occupant thought they had to keep it and included it on their address.0
