Life Finance Rip Off

We applied for a life Finance Card some 6 months ago on MSE advice to maximise cash back. My husband got his card but I was advised that I couldn't have a card as I had no income (now I'm a mum) and therefore no credit rating. We kept asking for a card for me and last week my husband was told that as he was a valued customer, spending well and paying well on the card that they would issue me a card too. I was sent the pin number but no card. Then yesterday we received a letter saying that Life finance were withdrawing my husbands card and issuing him with a Lloyds TSB Platinum card. No reason given and no cash back on the purchasers made on the card to date. What a rip off. Can LF just terminate the contract so that they do not have to pay a cash back if the card hasn't been in action for the full year. Please can someone give me some advice on this. Many thanks.
