I'm not very technical minded at all and this may seem like a silly question but......How can I read my emails offline?
When I used my old computer I used to log on to my freeserve email account and clicked a send/receive button at the top wait a few minutes then log off. I could then go back to my computer later on in the day and read my emails offline at my own leisure. But now I've got a new computer and a wanadoo account rather than my old freeserve one and it doesn't work in quite the same way - how do I download the emails so that I can read them later offline??

sounds like you're viewing mail from webmail. you'll need to configure Outlook to download mail from your Wanadoo webmail account.
