Printer settings

Pl can somebody help me, my ancient lexmark printer prints any word document fine except articles from the web. I used to be able to print my full bank account from the same printer, now when I do it e.g if I do print screen, the printer will not print all I get is a blank page. I think it has to do with the printer settings, pl can somebody help me with this!! I was thinking of buying a new one and hoping it will work as most of my bills are online and it is a nuisance if your printer will not print all of it. Thanks
