Chiropractor near Belfast?

Not going to get into the specifics of the debate above since I have no real basis for judgement
but just to say that with joint problems I have found advice from the physio to be really useful. What I liked was that she gave me specific exercises that I could do myself and explained to me the muscular skeletal basis of the problem i was experiencing. I felt it gave me some control over the issue and it has helped longer term with managing it. Have you tried going to a physio?
I do know people who have had good experience with chiropracters but personally I'd go the physical therapy/exercise route first...0 -
