I can't for the life of me understand why the posters on here take delight in someone losing money.
I'm certain that if they themselves had the chance to make money by investment they would do!
Where is the wrong in wanting to better your life and make money for your family????
If you all think this way I suggest you stop shopping in your local supermarkets - because they make MILLIONS out of you all!!
Business is business - and if someone has the gumption to try and make money I cannot see why people become inflamed with fury at that. EVERYONE needs a home to live in, and many people are only too grateful to rent a nice property.
Indeed, many of the posters on here claim to love renting. Then on the other hand they're cursing the very people who provide them with a decent home to live in!
The word hypocrite springs to mind. Oh, and jealousy. Not at this particular man's downfall, but at the many businessmen who have made a fortune out of providing good, necessary accommodation to people who are not in the position to buy.
If not for them, many of you would be living in rough sink-estates.
Shame on the lot of you!0 -

Yep. He took a business decision and it turned out to be a bad one now he wants someone else to take the blame.
He was a professional investor and knew, or should have known, the risks and knew, or should have known, how to look properly into his proposed investment.0 -

I don't think so! He put all his eggs in one basket and lost it all. I've worked hard for every penny I've earnt and only ever invested in high risk/high gain amounts that I could afford to lose. Simple as that.July Win: Nokia 58000 -

Nothing at all, and I for one take no pleasure in someone else's misery.
But there's nothing wrong with a government backed savings account paying 6% either - unless you're greedy or enjoy taking risks.
The guy should have been far better placed than most to judge the risk.0
