Current account recommendations for a 16 year old

Hi all,
My niece has got herself a summer job at McDonalds and needs to open a current account for her wages to be paid into. Alas I'm one of those sad people who has held a current account with the same "big four" bank for over 20 years (I know ), so I'm not best placed to advise.
Anyone got any recommendations?

The A&L Premier 21 account pays 10% interest for the first year, and there is full online access and a card to use with the account. Also, if you find someone to "Refer a Friend" you both get £25 which seems like a good thing to me! The staff were really friendly and helpful, but haven't tried calling the call centres yet. I have just opened one to get the interest rate, although I've been with Natwest since I was 13 (now 20), and never had any problems as such with them.
But rate wise nothing competes with the Premier 16-21 account - not that I can find anyway!
