Tesco Savings On Line Access

Hi
I recently opened a savings account through Tesco.
I have done all the paperwork and just now want to check everything on line.
I have been trying over the last few days but I cannot log on.
Is anybody else having a problem or am I doing something wrong.
The log on process seems far from straight forward.
