Also try Airlines that are up and coming like Etihad Airways etc they fly from MAN they need publicity in the UK.

Have you tried Ryanair or Stelios? Try Coventry Airport too as different airlines fly from there e.g. ThomsonFly.

How about seeing if you can get a coach to London and then hop on Eurostar and travel overland. It might be worth it if you cannot manage to blag a flight.
