Barclaycard Cashback 3%

FOR EXISTING BARCLAYCARD HOLDERS.
I stopped using mine about a year ago when Barclaycard ended their partnership with Nectar and I realised I could get a better deal elsewhere. I'd hung on to the card just in case but recently I thought I might as well get rid of it. But when I called up and told them I wanted to cancel as there was no longer any incentive, I was transferred to "Customer Loyalty" and told there is a pilot scheme for the next three months of 3% cashback on all purchases, (up to a maximum amount of £50/month) with the scheme being reviewed in the new year. So my advice if you have a Barclaycard, call to cancel and see if you can get on this scheme too, you have nothing to lose!
