sony ericsson transfering video

having problems transfering video from sony ericsson k800i to my computer,can transfer video to the phone no problem,tried with apple quick time player but no luck

Need more info. How are you connecting the phone. Via USB?

If the file "opens" but just doesn't play, it's probably a codec issue.
You could download k-lite codec pack, which will install Media Player Classic. Open the video with MPC, it handles the 3gp files most mobiles use for video well.

Choose the latest Standard or Full version, probably best with full.

yes via usb,it tranfers all the photos but not the video,cannot understand why it can be such a problem,but sony never seem to make anything simple
