Is this small enough?

I drive past this house every day. I saw them building about 6 months ago. I've often wondered what it is. Now I know.

Just round the corner is this conversion that's been for sale since a year ago.
Rather than turn an outbuilding in one reasonable house, they tried to turn it into 3 miniscule flats. A definite case of fantasy money making IMO.

Second link doesn't work, but the first one is hilarious... Who is it supposed to be suitable for? The sloping rooves alone knock thousands off its value!0

I fixed the 2nd link.
The house is architect designed though. Much better than a dentist designed one.Happy chappy0 -

It is astonishing how people just keep on making these tiny flats so they can 'make a higher return'... How many people can possibly want these crappy little things?0 -
I like the first one. £140k! The ad should read:
Very small house for sale. Suit solvent midget of limited intelligence.0 -
Hahaha! I'd fit in it! But my 6'6" bf would most definitely not :P
And... it's still way above our price rangeTarget Cash Net Worth: £25K by January 2012

How are you meant to stand up in the kitchen of the first one? There isn't a picture of the bedroom either.
Although it is in the catchment of a great seceondary school, maybe your child could live there alone?A minute at the till, a lifetime on the bill.
Nothing tastes as good as being slim feels.

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetails-21636425.rsp?pa_n=1&tr_t=buyAfter the uprising of the 17th June The Secretary of the Writers Union
Had leaflets distributed in the Stalinallee Stating that the people
Had forfeited the confidence of the government And could win it back only
By redoubled efforts. Would it not be easier In that case for the government
To dissolve the people
And elect another?0 -
1st link: I love it. Except its position and price.
The footprint would suit my needs, but I'd want more outside space, garage, parking, utility room, driveway, not be on the pavement, not be on a corner ... and certainly not at £140k unless it was in an established and well respected area.
I'm small so the quirkiness would suit me. But only at the right price. Knock a 0 off the end as it stands.0 -
in the first one, there is no space for a fridge FREEZER. Presumably one is happy to use an Icebox for the next 25 years while they pay it off :beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0
