Student Train Advise - Ticket
Help, I'm confused in working out how to obtain the cheapest ticket for a month or longer.
I need to travel from glenrothes (with thornton) to Edinburgh Waverley each day M-F , from 7:00 returning 17:30
any ideas on how to get the cheapets student price? aged 32
thought of getting a 16-25 young card , and paying daily works out at £155 a month + £25 for card for a year.
Can i get this lower?

If your getting a ticket at £7.75 a day multiplied by 20 days then I get the same result, can't see you improving on that.
Emmylou, you can use a 16-25 railcard if you are older, and in full time education.0
